Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Last updated: 9 June 2026

This page explains your statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing nutrition coaching services from us at a distance, in accordance with:

  • The Norwegian Act on the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales and Off-Premises Contracts (Angrerettloven, lov 20. juni 2014 nr. 27)
  • The Regulation on Information Duties and Right of Withdrawal (forskrift om opplysningsplikt og angrerett av 20. juni 2014 nr. 777)
  • The Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) regarding conformity of services and complaints

2. Pre-Contractual Information and Standard Forms

Before you enter into a distance contract, we are obliged under Angrerettloven § 8 to provide clear pre-contractual information, including details about the service, total price, payment terms, and your right of withdrawal. Where applicable, we use the standard information forms published by Barne- og familiedepartementet:

Important legal consequence: Under Angrerettloven, if we fail to inform you about your right of withdrawal or fail to provide the standard Angreskjema, the withdrawal period is extended — in some cases up to 12 months from the end of the original 14-day period. We provide these forms and information proactively so your standard 14-day right applies as intended.

3. Withdrawal Period

For distance contracts and contracts concluded away from business premises, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the agreement is entered into. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the standard Angreskjema linked above, but you are not required to use that form.

You can notify us by:

  • Email: assist@rinsesparkbright.world
  • Post: Rinsesparkbright, Kornsilovegen 54, 2316 Hamar, Norway
  • Phone: +47 625 55 333

Please include your name, address, order or agreement reference, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

5. Effects of Withdrawal and Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, as required by Angrerettloven.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received evidence that you have returned any physical materials (if applicable), or we may deduct amounts for services already performed as described below.

6. Services — Partial Performance During Withdrawal Period

If you requested that performance of a coaching service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract. This applies only where you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts as set out in Angrerettloven, including but not limited to:

  • Services fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period ends
  • Customised or personalised services not suitable for return
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your consent

We will inform you clearly before purchase if any exception applies to your specific service package, as required by Angrerettloven § 8.

8. Service Conformity and Complaints (Forbrukerkjøpsloven)

Separate from your right of withdrawal, if a paid coaching service does not conform to what was agreed, you may have rights under Forbrukerkjøpsloven to demand remedy, price reduction, or cancellation. You must notify us of a defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. See our Terms of Use (Vilkår) Pricing (Priser) for the complaints (reklamasjon) procedure.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact:

Disputes may also be brought before the Norwegian courts. See also our Terms of Use (Vilkår) and Privacy Policy.
