These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Vilkår") govern your access to and use of the website rinsesparkbright.world and any paid services offered by Rinsesparkbright ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Norway. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms comply with applicable Norwegian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), and the Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven), where relevant to your use of our services.

2. Purchased Services and Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

If you purchase paid nutrition coaching services from us at a distance, your statutory right of withdrawal is governed by the Norwegian Angrerettloven. You have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. We provide the standard withdrawal form (Angreskjema Q-0319B) as required by forskrift om opplysningsplikt og angrerett § 1, published by Barne- og familiedepartementet:

If we fail to provide this form, your withdrawal period may be extended to 12 months under Angrerettloven. We supply the form proactively to protect your consumer rights.

3. Paid Services, Pricing, and Payment

When you purchase nutrition coaching services, the following applies under Forbrukerkjøpsloven and Angrerettloven:

Prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including applicable taxes (MVA/VAT) unless otherwise stated before purchase
Total price including all fees and delivery charges (if any) is communicated clearly before you confirm your order
Payment methods accepted will be specified at checkout; payment is due as stated in your service agreement
Service delivery for digital coaching (educational sessions, sample meal frameworks, online materials) begins as agreed in your individual contract
Contract formation occurs when we confirm your booking or order in writing (email or signed agreement)

Submitting a contact form alone does not create a binding contract. Specific coaching terms, pricing, and deliverables are agreed separately before any paid service begins.

4. Nature of Content and Services

All content on this website — including articles, sample meal plans, calorie estimates, and coaching information — is provided for general lifestyle and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice. Rinsesparkbright is an educational lifestyle nutrition service, not a medical clinic or licensed healthcare practice.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight change, body composition, or improvements in any health marker. Individual experiences vary.

You should consult a licensed healthcare or nutrition professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have existing health conditions, allergies, are pregnant, or have special dietary requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the website in any way that violates applicable Norwegian or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without our written permission

If a paid service does not conform to what was agreed, you may assert your rights under Forbrukerkjøpsloven within the statutory complaint period. For services, you must notify us of a defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. You may be entitled to remedy, price reduction, cancellation of the contract, or compensation depending on the nature and severity of the defect.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

For paid services, our liability is governed by Forbrukerkjøpsloven and mandatory Norwegian consumer rules, which cannot be limited by contract to your detriment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Marketing (Markedsføringsloven)

We do not send unsolicited electronic marketing without your prior consent, as required by Markedsføringsloven § 15. Website content is general information and not individually targeted commercial communication unless you have opted in. You may opt out of marketing at any time without charge.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett), which describe how we collect and process personal data and your consumer rights in compliance with GDPR and Norwegian law.
